Private Lesson Instructor
Sub-contracted team members who teach private lessons at our stores. Our teachers must provide an exceptional lesson experience for our clients and teach exclusively at our stores. A music degree is desired and multiple proficiencies are a plus. Teachers make their own schedule and the store handles everything else including collections, insurance, security and systems. Teachers are paid monthly and pay for this position ranges from $36 to $52 per hour.

Music Associate
Associates assist customers with purchases and help to maintain and operate the retail area of the store. They assist with customer relationships by contacting existing customers to provide ongoing service. Music experience is a plus but not required. This position that can be full or part time. Pay for this position ranges from minimum wage to $19 per hour plus commission.

Educational Representative
Ed reps are responsible for promoting and maintaining relationships with schools and other music organizations. This position requires a lot of time on the road traveling to schools and has some night and weekend requirements. A music degree is required and a music education degree is a plus. This position pays a salary based on experience and commission on all sales.

Band Repair Apprenticeship
Our shop offers a unique opportunity for an aspiring band repair technician. This is a one year, unpaid apprenticeship, where you will get real hands-on training and experience in instrument repair. Only one position is available per year and it is highly competitive. A music background and strong mechanical aptitude are a must. After completion, we will assist you in getting hired or may hire you ourselves.

Our technicians are expected to produce high quality work in a efficient manner. A minimum of 1 year experience is required. Pay is based on skill, experience and production and is an hourly base plus commission.
