Having graduated from Liberty University with a Master’s of Arts in Music Education, TJ is passionate about teaching and playing the guitar. She is classically trained but appreciates and welcomes all genres of music! In her lessons, she focuses on music literacy, musical collaboration, proper technique, and musical enjoyment. In addition to the guitar, she also teaches ukulele and beginner piano. TJ lives in Roanoke with her husband Caleb (and their cat Elfie) but she is privileged to teach at both Hill City Music’s Lynchburg and Roanoke locations.
